according to the game code it starts on the spring yard zone but by changing the 830D i got it to start at the green hill zone

if you are wondering the other missing level is the marble zone

Well, if somebody wanted to play through the rom, there is one available that seems to be the same game. The version of the rom I have is called "Sonic 3D Blast 5." The game does do Green Hill as a demo at the title screen, so I was assuming you could get to it in the game. But I dunno!
