Thanks to Dain's find I was able to glean that the supplier of those cases is Brackley, and the case can be found here (in clear, black or any other PMS colour apparently!):

Anyway, I'm going to offer a HES Maxi-15 complete with box and manual as a bounty to anyone who can track down this exact case either online or in a retail store in the US - preferably at a less than $1 price each. ]]>
