Would any of those contractors be able to design the cart as well, or would that just be manufacturing of a predesigned cart? They all do design services too.  That is the part that I really need help with.  Getting it manufactured shouldn't be a problem, but getting it designed seems to be tripping people up so far.

I am aiming for a NWC reproduction price closer to $50 if possible. It will probably just be a cartridge with no box or manual or other high production value stuff. In order to make it easier and less expensive. that would be great! and if someone wanted to do a box, I'm sure they could go to one of the resident box makers on the forums here (like UncleTusk, etc)

and as far as instructions go, I'm sure someone could whip up a printable PDF or something.
