i know nothing about game boy, but even i know that you got a hell of a deal... on the games. the car sucks. good luck! hopefully you didnt f it up too too bad

Not too too bad, just the rear bumper may need to be replaced but stuff happens so no worries. I'm surprised that some game boy games are so expensive, ie. there's a Megaman IV and V cartridge in there and they command some good coin for sure. ]]>

We've been hit with an ice storm and that cleared, but now we've got extreme cold alerts but I was like whatever, I always drive through worse conditions.

I had set a time to meet a retired gentleman in Hamilton to pick up his collection, en route to the destination an SUV swerved into my lane (I was in the left). So naturally, I press the brakes and my car skid, did a complete 180 and I ended up on the shoulder facing traffic. Went to look at my car and the rear bumper's completely fked.

Went to the local police station to report the accident as I was instructed to do by an officer on the scene.

I type the guy's address in my GPS and find that I'm only 15 minutes away so I was like screw it, my car needs repairs so I be needing this cash monehs (it seems every year I have a big repair done on my car).

Snagged the following lot for $400 + price of repairs (unknown as of yet).

The top three games are sealed in the following pic as well as Golden Sun, Zelda and Final Fantasy Tactics:

Let's start with NES items:

All the boxes are in GREAT condition - most are 8/10 or above.

Onto the goodies with the SNES. The console itself isn't in great shape and the Earthbound doesn't have the insert that holds the game and guide in place (both of which are present along with scratch and sniff stickers).

Then we move onto the beautiful N64 stuff. Everything is in such immaculate condition I love it! P.S. I can knock Harvest Moon CIB off the collection now! Also, one of the controllers included is a DK 64 wooooo!!

Next is the playstation lot with lots of great titles included as well!

Next is the handheld lot w/ GBA Pocket, SP and GameGear Stuffs.

Finally, a big box of Nintendo Powers were included but they are sitting in my trunk and it's too cold to go outside. I believe it was numbers 20-80 or so.

Definitely an excellent way to ring in 2014! ]]>
