Two things.

1. This was a low score contest. If more than one person lost a life on the same level, the lower score took precedence.

2. Since you and Mog both tied, the available points for 2nd & 3rd places were added together (8 + 6 = 14) and then divded between you two (14/2 = 7). We have used this formula in the past when ties have occurred.

So I just realized something, what's wrong with this picture? I don't get it. :/ So we tied, but how does us having higher points at the end of the game get a lower rank and less points for the contest?

Yeah, I'm quite satisfied with my score. At first, I was thinking beating the game in one life would be a piece of cake, and aimed to do a 6 thousands and something score, but I must admit those charging tomatoes in stage 4 gave me a bunch of trouble to get through. I only managed to beat the game in one life once, after playing about 2 hours and a half today.
