Hey NintendoAGERS, I have been a trusted long standing member on this amazing site, and I can personally say that Alex is not only a great student but an awesome human being! I presently teach this academically focused student and I can tell you if he says he will do something he will do it 100%! This young man loves retro games and even started a Retro Video Game Club at our school. I have full faith in him and everyone else should give him a shot! I will even volunteer to do a Video Game review for the next issue. Happy Holidays!

Thank you! ]]>

That would definitely be more sustainable than monthly, I would think.

While I agree with the assessment that we have had high turnover in our more recent layout artists, I completely agree with Kevin's assessment that consistent content acquisition was the real issue, month to month.

It might be a scenario where it makes sense to have a visible progress meter of what is already submitted versus what content is missing from an upcoming issue, to motivate people to fill-in-the-blanks, to get something published.

(also need to remind people that's how they get their nifty "writers" badge )   The only badge I will likely ever obtain.

May I suggest putting out an issue every three months instead of monthly? That would avoid alleviate a lot of stress about deadlines and help slow the burnout. Since it's not a paid job (at least I don't think it is) there should not be real-life stress on the editor and no members here have any right to complain about a free e-mag not being published enough.

I was think every other month, but we shall see.
