Exactly what I thought of. I have seen pizza places that use stuff like this or comic book art to cover their walls. It is actually real neat. This was my first thought as well.  It sort of sucks that the boxes were cut, but I have too many other things to worry about in life to even let this be a blip on the radar.  

In my old apartment, anytime I got some broken Famicom games, I'd hang them on the wall and (imo) it looked great as a decoration.  These could definitely make a nice art project of sorts.
