That's a good question. I think we'll have to go with tied players get the same rank and split the points between them.

Examples : 2 players tied for 1st : they get points for first and second rank : 21 \ 2 = 10.5, we round it at 11 points each.

3 players tied for first : they get 1st, 2nd and 3rd place points : 30 \ 3 = 10 points each.

4 players are tied for 6th place : they get points for 6th, 7th, 8th and exceptionally another 8th place : 19 / 4 = 4.75, we round it at 5 points each.
I say you give them both the 1/2 point.

Not too shabby, but a double bogey on number 18 really took the wind out of my sails. 

There's my one and only attempt.  Great game, wish I had more time to throw at it, I used to be able to hit double digits under par.
