Some of you might know that not all US SNES games work in a SNES PAL, even with a converter. It seems Mario RPG is one of them, correct me if I'm wrong. I'd like to know if there's a logic behind this, and I'd like to know if Mega Man X3 NTSC should works with a converter in a PAL SNES.
