isoflex protein powder
con-cret pure creatine powder

im supposed to combine the creatine with the superpump i already have before my workout and then isoflex right after.

i was told isoflex is the best because its 90% pure protein (vs. 100% whey protein, which is actually just a whey mix, which is a lot of filler)

this shit is freakin expensive...dropped $150 for the protein and creatine. im trying it out tonight, hope it works ]]>

I'm halfway with bunnyboy - 142 lbs. But I'm pretty happy here. I could stand to gain 10, but I've got about 10 billion more interesting things to do with my time..... ]]>

Jone - I dont take any fat burners at all, ever, anything with Ephedrine or andro i stay the hell away from. I also don't find any drop off in strength. I went from benching 330-350 max to 250ish after I stopped working out for 8 months. (may look bad, but i dropped 30 pounds and could still push 250+, i guss its all relative)

Upandaway - good eating is implied for anyone serious enough to take supplements. #1 rule is diet. Suuplements help you get what you want faster/better/stronger

Bunny - more biking mang! eat better, you CANNOT eat ANY fast food if you expect to meet your goals, unless you have a freakish metabolism. I gain weight/mass like crazy, so I have to watch what I eat very, very carefully.

I'd focus more on the foods you eat then the crazy amount of supps you take in. At least that works for me.

i used to think that way, and you're absolutely right, nutrition makes a helluva a difference. im just really lazy and cant commit to much, im sure if i did watch my nutrition closely i wouldnt need this stuff, but fact of the matter is ive been seeing big results since i started taking supplements.

im trying not to go overboard with them but its hard not too when you're seeing such good results in so little time
