I would say the $70 that sold at auction would be the most telling, considering it was a live auction and ended on a Friday.

After fees on the $90 the seller would be looking at around $70-75, since it was a buy it now which eBay charges insertion and a 12% final value fee on, on top of paypal transaction fees.
