I actually see the opposite 9 times out of 10. I guess if you're missing one of the discs for Panzer Dragoon Saga you'll pay half of its going rate for that one missing disc. Really, maybe it's different with disc based systems. But with NES, SNES, and N64 I don't even pay close to the going CIB rate as I've pieced together a ton of rare CIB's.

Agreed that $700 is way over priced. I saw a CIB one in decent shape (a few dents in the box and whatnot) and it was being sold for $325 if i remember correctly.
