I have this poster and would value it at around $150-$300 depending on the condition. This one in particular seems more yellow than usual and has many wrinkles around the edges. Do the different posters go for different values? From the exhibition, I mean. IME yes. The Lucca's scene poster is usually worth more, it is considerably bigger and a more known piece of artwork in the game. 

This Medina Square poster very rarely hits over $250 IME and would be a near mint poster.
