Prob because it's a lot more than just commercials she's getting paid for. She's basically their mascot in practically everything they do too.  But I agree,  I would've never guessed it paid that well. She does quite a bit for their social media as well. Well at least she poses for them. I'm not sure if she actually writes any of it or not, but perhaps she does since she is a comedian and most are comedic.

Ha!  I don't think actors in commercials tend to get residuals... it tends to be more of a lump-sum per commercial type of deal.

That is genuinely surprising that she is making $500k/year off of those commercials.

I would not have thought that gig paid anywhere near that amount.
