It means there is a sticker on the case that has the basics of how to play the game. Some rental stores used these instead of the real manuals. Powerline is the brand name. 1 Genesis, a few Super NES, and a bunch of NES cases with instructions. The one by turtles in time is Super Double Dragon. The third row are blank and have no instructions.
They are in varying condition. Some are cracked or broken. Some are good.
The black label ones are Pop n Play instructions.
The box weighs 6 pounds and is 13 X 13 X 9 so you can estimate shipping.
