Usually games In that condition are retired rental games. They are plastard with rental store stickers and the original labels are ruined once the stickers are removed.

All of the games work great, and the ones that are supposed to save still do. I don't know exactly what happened with a few of the Gameboy games. I got them years ago like that, but they all still work. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
