i think its worth just a little more then what your selling it,,,especially if their all in great shape and with sleeves included...

I don't even think $90 would be a good deal for cart-only. CIB on the other hand would be worth it

The Mega Man games are worth far more CIB than loose. Rough estimate on the carts would have 2-4 at $5, 1 at $15 and 5 and 6 at $20 or so each. Total = $70. Usually you pay more for the full set than you ever would for them individually. Mind you, if it's a 5-screw Mega Man 1, it tends to be fairly sought after among variant hunters and would totally make it worth the BIN.

no. it's hard getting 100 for them at times. get them individually or in small lots if you want them for your collection. but they'll run you a little less than $100 - maybe $90ish would be a good deal.
