So basically there is sega genesis video output and stereo output going into this, while a 3-3 RCA cord is hooked from the splitters into the TV. Playing SNES it works perfectly and N64 sometimes the image on my TV gets a little jumpy but its not too noticeable and it's fine on the capture card. However with my Sega Genesis on my TV everything keeps flashing through different colors very fast, like a neon rave or something strange like that, a general hue applied to everything that cycle through colors very fast. Here's a picture of moonwalker as it turns from blue to purple.

Basically it's very annoying and Im not sure how to solve it, the strange thing is though it comes out perfectly on the capture card's footage, but is so screwy on my TV that it's hard too look at. Has anyone experienced this problem or do they know what is going on or how to fix it? Thank you very much.
