I always hit 'reply' to whoever posted last in a thread. It brings up this box. If you want to insert an image from the web click the green box 2nd to the right on the bottom of this pic. 

If you want to upload your own pic click the mountain/sun icon in the bottom right of this pic. Each NA member gets their own pic database. It's really easy to upload and share stuff.
