Out of curiousity, do you know who has the other letter right now? The reason I ask is I bought this off Ebay like maybe 7-10 years ago, so this might be the other letter you're aware of. Just curious   . 

 
I do not, but it was definitely not this one, and certainly not mine.

I bought mine from Rick Bruns (I no longer have it, sold it to one of the three guys who own Bronty's old sticker sealed Mario) Yours was before mine. The third one I know of was sold on eBay about a few months after I sold mine off. I tried to win it and lost to another Star Fox Weekend collector.

Mine also included an apology letter for having the jacket being so delayed, and Rick Bruns couldn't confirm it or not but we both believe the bag he shipped it in was also the bag that Nintendo shipped it in.
