I am just curious why you are trying to scam me for this? I know you are not 8bitadvantage for 100% certainity. I know the guy who actually is, Michael isn't even his first name, nor his screenname. The NES coummunity is pretty small so you had better be careful of trying to pull scams like this. Ebay has already been contacted and informed of what is going on. As well as the internet division of the FBI that investigates potential fraud.

At first I thought you might have sent the wrong link and it was a mistake but after seeing your responces I now know that you are trying to take advantage of young NES collectors. I know you have contacted other members about this also. I doubt you will respond to this message cause you now know you won't be getting any money and are exposed. I have also posted all of these emails to several popular forum sites dealing with video games in efforts to stop your potential scamming. Have a wonderful day!!!!!! :-D

I thoguht at first maybe he just sent the wrong item number, but I clarified the number and what was for auction. He is pure and simple trying to get contact info from people and take there money. I am half tempted to send him money and then have him arrested for mail fraud and theft, but that is way to much work on my end. Everyone just watch your email box from now on.

First off that is for the BB2 box that Nistle (8 Bit Advantage) sold to Erik (braveheart69). I know for a fact that Erik of course pays for what he buys so I smelled BS off the get go. Plus if it didnt sale Dustin would not have sent me an email from ebay trying to sale it to me. He would have PM'ed me here or IM'ed on AIM. So here was my responce:

So this really tosses up some red flags in my mind. I contacted Nistle at this point so he knew what was going on. I think he is in contact with ebay over this now.

I haven't responed back to him yet, but I plan to call him out and see what he says now. I just wanted to let everyone know that if someone is contacting you to be careful.

Nistle you better contact all the people who bid on your auction and make sure they know what is going on.
