Weak... I was excited for you. And hoping you got money to buy it.

the funny part is before he emailed me, my dad coincidentally reminded me i had some old unclaimed income tax returns that would have a given me an extra few hundred dollars so i actually had the money...

would of made a good story, but oh well

Could be a 250 in 1 cart, SMB/Duck Hunt/WCTM & Silent Service.

unfortunately you're right on the money with that one...he just replied saying it was a 250 in1 cart, a 3 in 1 cart, and another cart.

kind of pissed me off he wouldn't just say that in the ad

Someone did that to me on ebay when I was still green (this was like 10 years ago). They posted the lot as "64 gameboy games" and proceeded to list each game individually as if they were all seperate loose carts. I won it for about $120 and was all excited that I had gotten a great deal at $2 per cart. Later that week a bubble wrap envelope arrives in my mailbox, and I'm thinking "oh what the hell is this..." and as you guessed I open it to reveal a 64-in-1 multicart! The description never indicated it was a multi-cart in any way, and I totally flipped my sh*t all over the guy in one one of the nastiest emails I've ever written (which based on my normally cool demeanor, probably wasn't even as nasty as it could have been). The seller acted all hurt and claimed he didn't mean to deceive and gave me money back on the contingency that I ship the game back myself, so I didn't lose much. Later I noticed he had relisted it and had disclaimers all over the place indicating it was a multi-cart...
