If you have items posted with prices in your thread, and someone wishes to purchase those items for said asking price, then you will be accepting Paypal Goods and Services payment, as laid out in our Site Rules and Paypal's Terms of Service. 

So if I see your $50 shipped Mega Man, and I tell you I want it, you can't say "okay, here's my Paypal, send $50 gift/friends and family". 

Same thing with trying to tack on for fees on listed prices/Auction wins.

If we find sellers violating this, you will lose your Seller/NA Auction privileges here or worse.

It used to bypass all fees on both sides, but not anymore it seems.
 
Gift has always made the sender cover the credit card fees, if paying that way. If gifting through PayPal balance or bank draft, there are still no fees.

Yeah same here dude. Now i honestly see no point of using a gift payment. If it saved both parties a few bucks and they were both trustworthy. Sure.

But now there's no point, Paypal is getting money one way or another lol
