Looks like someone chucked the Bad News cart into a swamp.

Even better than that, the plastic is straight up stained.  I used a kitchen cleaner on the cart with zero results, and then I took a swipe at it with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and the stuff didn't flinch.
