2/10

I grew up on this era of music and enjoy it. However, I have never been a fan of Jane's Addiction. Just like Pearl Jam, I understand why there is a following, but I hate the vocals.
Jane's Addiction!?

Anyways Alice in Chains are ok, if somebody at a party puts a playlist I wouldn't complain, but I'm not fond of their style so this is a 5 for me.

I was looking forward to give a suggestion but next week looks like it's going to be metal so that will have to wait. LOL, oops! I was up all night with my daughter who is sick. Yep, that was a mistake.

Can my 2 be changed to a 7? AiC is a very solid band. It’s not my favorite of the 90s but definitely a good listen.

Go ahead and give it anyways.  I have a rough plan but have still overlooked some things that I later realized would make good entries (NKotB was a late add for one)

Alright cool! Seems we haven't had nothing really unconventional so my suggestion fits the bill, the band is called Drab Majesty, I would describe their sound as synthwave, 80s revivalist style in a darker tone, I was not a fan since their earlier work was a bit too dark for my taste but in their new record called Modern Mirror (out just a month and a half ago) has tons of great pop hooks and feels really uplift despite the overall kind of darkish atmosphere and now I'm sold. By the way overall their whole act seems to be very tongue-in-cheek, I mean just thinking about their name, I imagine they must be laughing their asses off trying to be "majestically drab". Here's a song so you can check them out:

Which means AiC remains the only thread to be zero-less... so far. Knock on wood. ]]>
