I see some of you have avatars, or rather thumbnails, that go under your names when you post a message.  How can I add one to mine?  Also, I have a rare snes test cart (that might not be the correct verbage, but its not a dev cart) that I wanted to auction here at some point.  Are there auction stipulations for new users?  Any and all info is much appreciated.
