sam, was that the auction from the seller in avoca that ended last week? if it was i was the 2nd high bidder  - also, the description made it sound like he had 2, i thought it was a bit "strange" saying his grandad worked at nintendo in the 80's and nintendo australia opened in melbourne in 1994, well into the SNES era....of course, maybe it wasn't that auction at all

back on topic: i dont see why someone would bother getting something graded with flaws as obvious as that.

My guess is take a hypo and inject india ink under the wrap through corner pokes, then use the flat end of a meat tenderizer on the corners, sides, top and bottom. If that doesn't get a big ZERO, I don't know what would... ]]>

I wish this was cheaper.. I'd love a crappy, sealed, graded game for my crappy collection..

Maybe I need to find a bad sealed game just to get graded..

I have a sealed Terminator (original) NES game that I got from Mike Pitsch when he sold out.  I bought like 100 sealed games from him and he threw this one in for only $40 or something since it's normally $100+.  Anyways it is truly sealed but it's beat up and the plastic is all messed up.  This would be the game for you Paul.  It's been sitting on a shelf for about 3 years since I don't know what to do with it.

How much do they charge to have it graded?

Basically $25 + shipping both ways.  Well worth it if you own a sealed game, cuz it included the case, and the grading.

That's not bad at all.  If I ever come in to ownership of a sealed game, I would certainly consider sending it in.  I really like those cases.  They seem almost bulletproof.
