  • RGB bypass (THS7374) with proper attenuation
    • Enables high-quality RGB video output via SCART cables
    • Proper attenuation fixes the overly bright picture output of the SNES Jr.
  • S-Video and CSync restored
    • Restores S-video output for consumer TV's without RGB or component inputs
    • Restores CSync output for professional monitors which do accept RGBs input, but require clean CSync instead of composite video as a sync source
  • De-ghosting capacitor replaced
    • Fixes an issue with the SNES Jr. PPU that causes ugly "ghosting" artifacts
  • Digital audio output (CS8406 encoder)
    • Enables clean, high-quality pure digital audio output for supported receivers
  • Outputs both coax and optical signals via 3.5mm mini-TOSLINK jack
    • Allows the digital audio output to use whichever interface you prefer
  • APU ceramic resonator replaced and upgraded to a crystal oscillator
    • Provides a more accurate and stable APU clock to eliminate audio dropouts via the digita output
  • Light-piped power LED installed
  • 5V regulator replaced and upgraded to 1.5A UA7805
    • Increased power supply capacity for better reliability with flash carts and other power-hungry accessories
  • All electrolytic capacitors replaced with genuine Nichicon parts
    • Increased reliability, as elecrolytic caps tend to fail with age
    • Nichicon capacitors are well-regarded for their high quality and longevity
  • Partial region-free mod
    • Enables playing both USA and JPN carts
    • PAL carts are not supported
  • Initial bid is $200, $5 increments.  US domestic shipping via USPS Flat Rate box included.  Other shipping options (including international) are available, but covered by buyer.  Attached images are of the actual unit for sale.
