There is no picture of the cart, but it seems that this gentleman owns the ROM of Irem's "Majū Toshi Naga" (魔獣都市ナーガ). This game is Role-Playing, and the development seems to have been completed until the ending scene.

Prototype title is "Suidou Kouji"("水道工事", meaning is "water supply work").
It seems that the seller is thinking about selling to auctions other than Japan. It is expected that one day it will be on eBay.
