As for NiGHTs. Is that a sticker? Placed on the manual or case? NiGHTs was released in both a regular longbox and the controller bundle. The controller bundle is supposed to be the not for resale one(as you mention). Both of these came with the exact long manual too, to my knowledge, and your manual does have the same number 81020. I can't help but think that "not for resale" sticker was added by a 3rd party. So i would expect it to be worth exactly what a normal longbox nights goes for: in the range of $20-$35 depending on how mint it is.
