I have no doubt that pulling ladies out of dumpsters is an uncommon occurrence in Vail. But I wonder how common it is in Denver proper. In NYC I would imagine it's just daily routine.
I suspect an unstated parameter is that said lady was alive.  In most reports of bodies found in dumpsters they are dead.   Just saying..........

Same thing with those people who SWAT other people's houses with a false phone call.
Swatting should be considered attempted murder and prosecuted as such.

^ This but also on top of charges filing a false report. False reports alone are dangerous not only because the victum who was falsely swatted, but it also can take away precious time, potential focus and manpower needed for those who are really in need of help.

False report + attempted murder + whatever crimes they flasely report

They call claiming that they killed a family of 4 then add on 4 counts of murder.
Let me introduce you to the 8th amendment...

If you falsely accuse someone of kidnapping, rape or attempted murder etc you should do the time that they would do had they been convicted.
Whatever crimes she has detailed in her false criminal report should be charged against here PLUS the charges for false report etc.

Same thing with those people who SWAT other people's houses with a false phone call. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way - even if aggressively pursued (it usually isn't though) the resulting punishment is meager in terms of the potential sentence for an alleged perpetrator.

Yeah, like why was she in the dumpster if the story she told was fictitious? lol Pretty strange. I am guessing she stuffed herself in it in order to somehow gain an advantage in her upcoming custody hearing - she likely had it in her mind that she could implicate her ex  somehow.  Hard to say for sure since it is hard to read any normal person's  mind - let alone a possible wackadoodle. ]]>
