First of all, yes, what he's doing is shady. It is not as bad as you may think though considering he's from Ontario. www.ebay.ca allows us to do this because our shipping prices are so stinkin' high. We constantly get less for more living here because we have to compete with shipping prices state side.

This is pushing it well beyond what ebay would presumably permit though. And it is an obvious fee circumvention. Just maybe not as crazy as you may think considering his raw shipping costs are going to be $15.xx for just a basic rate with DC to the states.
