So maybe more in line with the Blitz cabinets than the "true" proprietary-agnostic cards used in most Japanese arcades?
I think I can recall some sort of N64 memory card thing on the Blitz cabs too... They had them at Walmart stores along with one of the popular racing games on N64 (Rush, Crus'n USA/World/Exotica... one of those)
My best friend and I wished they'd done it with Gauntlet too, but oh well.  Managed to find this old thread which shows a photo of the side of the machine and the N64 card reader that they'd have attached.  Apparently it was Blitz '99 and not "NFL Blitz" that utilized them.

I never heard about any NeoGeo ones, but it's possible that they imported some.  I know some reasonably close arcades imported some fighting game(s) that used them and also imported a bunch of cards as well, so perhaps it's something like that?  I know that NFL Blitz (I think?) had a setup where you could plug in your N64 memory card with data from the same/home game and keep up with your stats and such back and forth.  Not quite the exact same thing, but still.  There was also an arcade game that I never saw working and only saw in person a handful of times in the mid 80s that had a cassette interface so you could save and reload your progress as you played.  Maybe a precursor to the true memory cards?
The idea with neo geo was you have an AES at home, you can take your memory card to the arcade and continue in your metal slug run or vice versa

GEG is too young to have porn, send it to bounce, he's clearly interested   It could be the non-adult Bishojo game, as the wikipedia info states that there are adult "versions".

But... I mean... there's only one way to find out. lol
