- Combat Flight Sim.  Think After Burner, but it could easily have been spaceship instead of an airplane (see next point)
- It was a sit-down, moving machine.  You sat in this big, open cockpit that looked like an alien spaceship, staring at the screen.  From what I remember, it pivoted back and forth and side to side, but no rotation that I recall.
- It might have had a regular cabinet version, too.
- It's probably mid-1990's in age.

I know that's not much to go on, but the cab was very distinctive.  I'm hoping someone else has a better memory than me. ]]>
