The first one claims to be the Super Chair (like the one in the second auction), but I'm pretty confident that it's the Simulation 1 Action Chair from Simulator Technologies Inc.

The second one, with the starting price of 500, could be something special, as I've only seen one picture of it before this, and it was said to be a prototype from Nintendo (likely BS, but it's definitely different and more rare than the Simulation 1 Action Chair). ]]>
