Yes if it's within the first 1-1000 / 3000, it includes a PS4+PS3+PSVITA+PSP code and a PC+MAC+LINUX+MS-DOS Steam code. If it's after that, just the Steam code. Couldn't get enough PS codes for all copies. The codes were emailed though, they're not in the case, so if you didn't see it, check your junk folder and verify you're checking the address you used to order.  I believe more copies will be printed past the initial 3,000 if the demand is there but they will be a regular non-gold logo cover, won't be numbered, and will not have the PSP edition case & manual.

The first 3000 also have a gold cover variant, which are limited to 3000 too. I'm simply leaving the door open for the immediate future to print more of the standard cover, but the gold one's guaranteed limited to 3000.
