I generally load up my cart with the website, then switch to the app to check out. You can also use a PC Android emulator just running the Ebay app if you really want to be lazy about it.

Bummer that this sale didn't include video games. I usually browse for video game stuff listed in other categories in this case (Books, Collectibles, Toys and Hobbies, Entertainment Memorabilia). Yeah, the app is super now compared to the past. I was stuck on version 3.0.2 and never wanted to go to version 4 as it was so glitchy and bad with my saved searches always getting deleted, but had no choice as they retired 3.0.2 entirely and had to upgrade to v5. Right now, the app is pretty great overall with v5.
