Yeah I didn't let it get to me, I have faith in the system and believe most people are honest.  But I was definitely annoyed for a good 5 minutes when I initially got the message over email.
I meant to tell you in the future if this happens and you are concerned you can pay the post office about $35 and have the package intercepted.

Your concern was valid with eBay users pulling fast ones these days. At least the buyer was not trying to cheat the system!
