It just doesn't boot, I've tried everything I can think of, I'm thinking there might be a problem with pin 24 floating being tied to pin 16. The game boots to either a gray screen or another screen of another color, like blue or purple or brown or something else like that. No garbled graphics, just plain not working. ]]>

There's something either wrong with the wiring or the traces. The board doesn't mean a whole lot to me since I was working on it as a commission, and when it was malfunctioning I did it on a Konami board instead and it worked fine, plus I already have a repro of it I made previously. ]]>
