I have an old Radio Shack WALL WART in my bedroom with 4 ports on it.

Literally everywhere. The cheaper usb WALL WARTS from the gas station typically cost $5.99 an they have separate USB-A to Apple or Micro cables, or sometimes come with them. Cheap USB A to C cables are also showing up now. The mini USB cables are getting harder to find though as most devices have switched over to Micro now. You can also get CAR WART USB chargers that plug into the cigarette lighter accessory in your vehicle.

And yes, I have heard the term WALL WART used dozens of times on a regular basis. CAPS for emphasis.
