I mean, that game looks nearly as a NES game instead of a 16 version... so, if I change the sprites, I can use more colors to make it look better?

No worries I have that covered. I have an Android phone that I rooted so I can connect my Wii remote through bluetooth and use that as my controller. I have an NES, SNES, GB and Genesis emulator with entire NTSC libraries for each.

So as far as an actual cartridge for a gameboy it's a no go. In the meantime, you could modify the case on a GBA Flash cartridge, and make a GBA cartridge that looks like a GB cartridge (note the notches on the sides of a GBA cartridge that make it boot in GBA mode).
