I looked around on the net but never found a real clear answer to my question. Is the official Gamecube RGB/RVB SCART cable will work to output RGB from my NTSC SNES? In short, would the official cable be able to replace this cable: http://www.ebay.com/itm/201284360714?rmvSB=true
