I have a ton of them...mainly clear ones but I have a few colorful ones. I use them for my special games...aka more expensive games. I don't have enough to case my whole NES collection so that's why I leave them for special games.

I also happen to have two N64 ones. I like these ones a lot more. I'm currently using one for my NFR Mario Party 3.
Would you mind posting a pic or two of the clear ones?

Buuuuuuuuuuuuump!!!

Took me a while to find this thread because apparently you're now looking for info on garbled graphics and are a good thread recycler.... Well... back to the super neon clamshells???

I made a thread dedicated to them/other clamshells in Collectors Corner...  We can combine all our pics there... I don't want to mess up what you're currently looking for MegaT, but you're the person who I was looking for when I found this "new" coloured neon!!

I've recently come across a new colour, and taken a picture of the aforementioned SNES Clear one with an interesting back sticker...

Astor, have you got pictures of your coloures cases or the clear ones as mentioned?  ]]>

did you recycle an old thread? don't do that, nothing before your post today will make any sense. just make a new thread.

it's hard to tell from the small pics but that might be a non-conductive damage, and it's probably high enough on the pin where it sits above the pin connector. that may take some repair work.

probably unrelated but is there printing on the rom chip? It doesn't show in the photos, and it'd be strange if it was blank. 1) I would prefer to keep one "Help Wanted" thread together to cause less clutter and to allow others to chime in on past issues if they want to. I placed the info I added to the first post where my new quesiton begins, so hopefully it makes more sense.
2) I cleaned it again, the pins are completely clean, but the graphics are still garbles on Spawn and some random enemies.
3) New pics of pins.
4) There is print on there, but I guess the lighting was bad on it. I use my cellphone, so yea... no professional photo studio here.

Any new thoughts after new pics?

Just hit it with some Weiman's and call it a day. I figured as much, but I was wondering if there was something I was missing. Oddly enough outside of rust and guck on pins, I have not seen a spot like this on a pin before.   ]]>

Is their some sort of conductive marker you could just rub on the one pin? I dunno about this kind of thing sadly. I don't have a conductive marker. Any marker you could recommend? Also, before purchasing one, I would like to know if this was is sure fix or at least a better idea if this would fix it before I buy one.

Alright, so... I was trying to fire up this game after giving it a quick alcohol qtip clean and some of the characters came up all garbled. I opened the game up to give it the hi polymer eraser clean and I noticed one of the pins had a mark on it. It did not want to come off. I only use the heavier stuff on guck or corrosion and this seems to be neither. I do not want to hit it with the heavier stuff if I don't have to. Any tips/suggestions would be appreciated. Other than the one spot in the first pic, near the middle, the pins look good to me anyways.
