The guide is not mint--there is some spine wear/dings, a small crease on the bottom left, and a bigger crease on the bottom right.  Overall the condition is good though.  It's a very high quality product and really turned out beautiful--lots of color and not flimsy.  They were professionally printed and originally sold for $56 shipped in the US.
