Contact the seller and ask for an apology and more care next time around, and I'll forgo the negative feedback. Well, their response, to my simple request was less than polite if you can imagine.

If it was a dirt cheap common, I wouldn't have even bothered, but DW2, isn't exactly in that category.

Mostly the guy is just a jerk, you don't want to deal with.

It's not unwarranted. A well respected member was given the power to decide if transactions included suspicious activity, and if so they were added to the list. It's just to warn buyers/sellers of whom to be cautious when dealing with.

Edit: I wasn't around for the HoS really, but that's my take on it haha. I think it should be revived as well.
