  I dunno... I think my biggest gripes was that there's English spoken dialog in the game. lol

Also, said dialog calls main protagonist "Link"... I've always named him something a little more offensive in the other games.

Zelda gets a lot of passes where other games wouldn't, especially in the reviews department. While I feel like I'm in the minority of people who actually do like Skyward Sword, it's not the best game ever, nor the best Zelda game ever. Though come day one review time, this game was getting 10's across the board because of the leniancy Zelda seems to get from reviews.

Spirit Tracks is absoulute garbage though.

Also Sidenote: I'm as excited for Breath of the Wild as anyone else, I just think that review scores for the Legend of Zelda series in particular are horribly skewed.

Someone on IGN made it to the final boss in 4 minutes lol.

Interesting to note (and perhaps much more than just "noteworthy") Is the fact that Breath of the Wild for the Switch is now the highest-rated video game of all time on Metacritic after 50+ reviews, with an average review score flirting with 99/100 across 61 reviews. Wouldn't surprise me if that score is never surpassed. The lowest score out of all the reviews is currently a 9/10.
