To be fair, Tulpa, he did say he thinks David should pay for the shipping and the $130 Pheidian had to pay for the ordeal to get the box back.
I did take that into account, but I don't think there is any way to get him to pay for that. I don't think David should be rewarded for his little scam in any way. Keep in mind, we don't know how much he made off the raffle.

I mean, if you dine and dash and get caught, you can't just pay for the meal and walk away.

 


Agreed. I have a tough time sympathizing with a scammer after they were caught. I believe I stated earlier in the thread he needed to be paid to ship it back, I also stated he needs to recoup his fees. End of the day people do what they feel is right to them.  I am happy he got his money back.... that was the end game.
