Same here. At first it works, then either it disappears or it says "Paypal is experiencing a technical hiccup". My order's $75.something, I even try to add a US address to my items but eBay keeps being an ass. I had issues with the $25 off $125 code the other day. It kept saying "cannot process" or something like that. It eventually went through though.

Will this work on items I've won in auction? Have one ending in a couple hours that I could combine with a BIN if necessary. It should. If you win the auction, don't pay immediately. Choose "Add to Cart" on the BIN and then add the auction to the cart.
