3x on AVS. Jason (GameTechUS) says Kevin (Kevtris) is aware of it, knows what's causing it, and may have a fix in the next FW update. There's also a Ninja Gaiden glitch I haven't seen them acknowledge.

On my Hi-Def NES, the dog only barks 1 time.
On my high def nes the dog barks once when connected via HDMI.  3 times if I connect it via composite.
