haha, exactly what I was going to say a8! It's a fun title though, and definitely not one of those that everyone immediately thinks of when they remember the ol' NES.

My roommate had a hack of this where the Noid was nude and his melee weapon was his wiener. Good stuff.

we must repro this version ... i didn't think this game could get better...but i was clearly mistaken ]]>

Picked up a copy from Goodwill...and it's decent.
Needs to have mid-level start points though, because starting from the beginning every time you die is painful! ]]>

The good ol' domino's pizza fiend The Noid, was very lucky to get his own game. Not only was he a character created for the sole purpose of getting kids to bug the hell out of their parents to get a domino's pizza delivered, in hopes that the noid would pop out from behind the couch, and wrecklessly stomp said pizza with his "pizza crusher", but he was also an 80's pop icon. This fact alone is enough to land this challenging platformer in the "cult" section of the NES library. What's even more bizarre about the franchise, is that the original claymation character was created by Will Vinton, the same guy who created the california raisins, who were also supposed to be getting their very own capcom game. Even though this game is just a sprite-reworked version of it's famicom original Ninja Hanamaru, this game represents 80's pop culture as much as the Nintendo Entertainment System itself, and for that i award it the "NES Cult Classic" title. ]]>
